I recently met two young men who have a Power Washing Company. They are brothers and live in the Villages with their Grandmother. I have not employed them, but am helping them get some exposure.

We have had a guy come by every so often and he carries a handful of evaluations of his work by various Villagers. I bought a power washer but it has not come close to the very good job this guy did nine years or so ago. He came back recently but I was trying to do it myself so I declined hiring him.
