What better safety action plan could there be, than ENFORCING traffic laws across-the-board? Along with that, how about doing it 52 weeks a year? This business about various law enforcement agencies congratulating themselves for issuing "X" number of tickets during the one week per year when they concentrate on enforcing those laws is patently ridiculous.
