I need some direction regarding how to deal with the IRA and our CYV. We are only in TV for April/May and Oct. Nov. at the moment and we rent out for the 3 winter months. Are there any Canadians member os TOTV who also are in the same situation. Do you use an american accountant, do I need an accountant, where do I get info regarding the process. Thank you for any assistance as tax time is upon us. We just purchased in April 2010.
