Default Guest pass??

Today at social water volleyball a couple who live in TV had a couple with them who had guest passes. They were not allowed to play by the attendant. I was under impression a guest is a guest at everything. Could anyone help me out on this. My daughter and son-in-law were here for a week, they played bunco, line dance classes and aerobics with us. Was the attendant in error?

Default I am probably wrong on this but

When we visited the first time, we could not enter line dancing with the guest pass unless there was room. Later we learned to buy the temp resident pass through our landlord so that we could participate in activities. Some things are just very busy and I understand that residents should get first priority.

Guests are not allowed in the Sports Pools, the can go to family pools or local neighborhood pools if they are over 30 years old or more.

Attendant was correct... Sports pools, where WVB is played, are limited to residents only. It's one of the very few exceptions where guests are limited.
