Unfortunately, these rates do not include airfare, hotel accomodations, gratuities, air freight for trophies, entry Visa or departure taxes. It not only takes a BIG man to kill an elephant but also a very rich one also.

Exactly. The continued viability of The Villages depends upon the Developer's integrity in structuring the sale of infrastructure and amenities to the Community Development Districts (which Districts the Developer controls at the time of sale).

We know who the posters are who think the Morse family is nice, and we know who the posters are who think they aren't nice.

If we have been on this forum for a year, we know who feels strongly about both sides. They are very predictable, those posters.

None of us have ever met the Morses in person, had them to dinner or been invited to their home.

So it is difficult to know who is right. There is a little bit of bad in the best of us and a little bit of good in the worst of us.

I like what I see around me. I don't see any dead elephants, so I can go on with my head in the clouds.
