Title insurance on new homes in The Villages, question. Is it necessary? I understand the need on existing homes but as I understand this insurance it provides assurance that the title is clear only at the time of submitting it at the county deeds office. I just don't see the need especially in the villages. Closing next month. Thank you for your answers.
