Default Tamarind grove's new construction

If anyone has some pictures of the new homes being built at the end of Tamarind Grove Run I'd be most appreciative. Thank you in advance for your effort.

Do you have a home being built there? If so, I'd be glad to go take pictures of it for you.

Thanks for the offer on the pictures. I have a lot at the end of Tamarind Grove Run and I see on the website they are building on the three lots across the street from me and also on Rambling Rose Court behind me.

Being here in NC I'm very curious of the progress, colors, style of homes etc. Sorry if I'm taking up your time, but just thought other folks may be curious as well. Thanks, Jim

Hi Jim,

My husband and I live on Montbrook Place one street away from TG Run. We moved here in late June from Pinehurst, NC. If you tell me exactly where your lot is I could take pictures as building progresses. Heavy heavy rain yesterday moved a lot of dirt and sand around.

You might ask your sales agent to take pictures as the work progresses. Our friends have a whole scrapbook of construction photos from their agent.

This is a lesson learned for those that look at their neighborhood map like I did, for example
http://www.thevillages.com/newslette...e-model176.htm

Although it shows homes being built all around me, and peaked my curiosity, I didn't realize until ( Flipflopz ) made the effort and took pictures for me, the extent of the construction. Apparently you have to wait at least a month or so if you want to see any progress.

One thing I did learn and that was how much your neighbors and fellow TV'ers make an effort on your part. Flipflopz took pictures and jadlos offered as well. I thank you all and I will take my patience pill. I do accept Prayers for the sale of my home here in NC. Thanks again.

I agree! Our sales agent arranged for a photographer to email us a set of 5-7 photos every week or two, starting with the concrete pour of the floor. We felt connected throughout the entire construction process. It is a really nice touch.

I expect that we'll make some kind of photo spread/album, beginning wi a pic of Wifey and me on our "dirt", adding some of the progress pics, and ending with us at the threshold of our finished home.
