Default Putters

I’ve tried many putters and have finally think I might know what is wrong. It is all me, not the putter.

Really, what I have discovered is I putt better using the shaft where it enters the head vs the aiming line or sweet spot. So I have been shopping looking for a cheap center shaft putter to try. I have found Not many stores carry center shaft putters. The only few I have found are in the $100 + range. Whatever happened to the $20 putters you used to find in Dicks/K-mart/Walmart?

Don't know if there is any evidence to back it up, but I read somewhere that golfers who putt straight back and through (Dave Peltz's method) do better with a center-shafted and those who putt with an arc stroke should use a putter that's shafted more toward the toward the heel.

I was taught Peltz method but can't putt worth a darn with a center shaft.

SO... I've concluded it is all me, not the putter.
