I wish. I love sailing Holland America. I assume you're taking the 10 day cruise on the Noordam, which is a lovely dam ship. I have a priority of putting in a pool at my home, so spending on a cruise is out of the question this year and next, I'm afraid.

Have fun; it looks like a wonderful itinerary.

It is a wonderful ship and we had previously sailed her from NYC in 2007-the last time Noordam was positioned there. We have also spent our entire lives in Northern NJ, soon to be snowbirds in Bonnybrook, although we have had the house for some time and have dropped in and out as 'snowflakes'

LOVE Holland America....looking forward to a great cruise...too bad you can't join us!

My wife and I are firm HAL fans too - we haven't sailed the Noordam but will be on the Prinsendam Oct/Nov (including our first transatlantic)

Have a lovely trip

That's when we were on the Noordam. We also lived in Northern NJ in the town of Elmwood Park and sailed that same year on a 10 or 11 day Caribbean cruise which was wonderful. We didn't have to spend money on airfare and instead spent it on the cruise and had 4 more days on board this lovely ship. It would be funny if we were on the same cruise then.

We're sailing on the Nordam for a 10 day southern caribbean cruise on Feb 3, 2112 thru St. Marks Church. We sailed with this group last year and enjoyed ourselves and at the evening meal Father Ed came around to each table and gave a blessing. We are not Catholics and do not attend church but what could an evening blessing hurt.

As I understand there are still openings for this trip. The price is reasonable and the company of Villagers is nice. If interested send me an email.

Writng this from Springfield NJ where we just went through hurricane Irene.
We've been here for over 25 years and cruised Noordam in March 2007, Easter cruise....very rough going in and out of NY Harbor but once Day 1 had passed, it was bliss. We're very happy that this next cruise is going from southern waters.
