Default Will costs rise after the Morses leave?

I was wondering if anyone had an opinion about the possibility of our monthly amenities fees increasing after the build-out is complete and the Morse family leaves. I am assuming that they currently contribute to that cost as do other Florida builders like Lennar during the build-out.

I have not heard of Lennar.

We are hoping they will stay until we go.

If you know what I mean.

It is my understanding that the Deeloper is not subsidizing our amenities. It is also my understanding that an increase is tied to the CPI. I may be wrong?

Default CDD Budget Review

You should attend the budget review (see Daily Sun) for your CDD. In addition, you might sign up for the "RESIDENT'S ACADEMY" via the Customer Service Center. Your fears are groundless.

Sooo other than the post about the rumor of the Morses selling why would you think they will leave? They own the town squares.

Try this site. http://lennar.****edconsumer.com/

the first letter starts with a p and is followed by an i so I am sure you can figure out the rest.
