I need a formal dress hemmed. It is 100% polyester. It has two layers, the inside layer is heavier than the outside layer. Both layers have a split halfway up the leg. It is navy in color. I am the mother of the groom who is getting married in March 2012. I need to buy shoes so that the length can be measured with them on. Hopefully will have them in two weeks.
