Default Terry Fator's show

We just saw Terry Fator in Las Vegas at the Mirage, and are now amazed at ourselves for having been there several times in the past few years and just now finally getting around to seeing his show. It was terrific, and was the best show I ever saw in Vegas (except for maybe Wayne Newton when I was in my 20s, who unforgettably blew me away, especially with his Elvis impersonation). I would definitely go again.

Terry made us laugh hysterically and also cry (and I'm more easily mushy, but it takes some real doing to bring tears to my hubby's eyes)! What a brilliant, multi-talented man - singer, impersonator, ventriloquist, comic, and composer - Terry is; and what a great tribute to the military he includes in his show. It is worth the trip to Vegas just to see him.

Also, the Nathan Burton comedy magic show (4 PM most days) at the Flamingo was a fabulous way to spend part of one very hot afternoon. We were expecting it to be just 'so so', but it was a huge packed house, and we found out why.

Rod Stewart at Caesars - he was as great as ever.

I saw Terry win America's Got Talent a few years ago and was blown away by his talent. I bought his DVD, "Terry Fator, Live from Las Vegas", as soon as I could find it in the stores. If you buy it, get the version that has his biography on it. Seeing his story will make you appreciate this man even more. It still amazes me that no one discovered him in all of the years he struggled to make it big. We ask all of our guests if they would like to watch the DVD and they all end up with sore sides and teary eyes! I recently took it to the home of a terminally-ill friend and it was so great to see him laugh and get his mind off his illness for a while. I don't know if you know it or not but Terry Fator is perhaps the highest paid entertainer in Las Vegas history. His deal was $100 million for 5 years with the option for another 5 years at $100 million. It all couldn't have happened to a nicer, more deserving guy. I envy you that you got to see this super talented man in person!

While my mother never understood why my husband and I wanted to go to Vegas, she ALWAYS encouraged us to go see the Terry Fator puppet show. We kind of said yeah yeah...and didn't go. After she passed away I made my husband go to it and WOW what a show!! I wish I had listened to my Mom for sure that time!! It is GREAT!!

My wife and I saw Terry several years ago, I believe it was the year after he won America's Got Talent. We thoroughly enjoyed it and if we ever get back and he's still there will definitely make it a point to see him again. We told a friend of ours, that was going to Vegas, to be sure and see him. She did and was totally blown away and thanked us for the recommendation.

A friend gave my husband a gift of Terry Fator's DVD when my husband was in the last weeks of his life. He wasn't able to concentrate on much, and dropped off to sleep easily, but he loved that tape! He must have watched it three or four times in the last two weeks of his life. It is a very good gift for somebody who is in that situation, it makes them laugh and distracts them from their own situation for awhile.
