.... how about the 2 most recent books written by our [soon to be 1 term] President.
Even though Snopes is largely funded by Soros, these scary comments by Obama are listedas "mostly true" by Snopes. http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/coilofrage.asp |

quoted from the SAME article....."however these cherrypicked statements are all presented devoid of context and some of them are reworded from the original".
I just cannot believe what is posted under the pretense of the truth. |

Snopes is a water-carrying member of the left-wing progressive wing. You should only take them with a grain of salt. They are merely apologists for democrats.

I read the entire thing and I must say, it gave me a better image of Obama than I had before. Your posts are always very detailed and easy to follow, agree or not. But on this one, I can respect Obama a little more than I did in the past. I wish we all had the same perception of things as that would make it so easy to come to the same conclusion on issues. I do respect your writing and opinions, but in this case, my approval rating on Obama went up a little bit.

Sista & Villager II:
Snopes is NOT funded by George Soros. That is a LIE. David and Barbara Mikkelson started the site in 1996 and it is funded by ADVERTISING. When I looked to see where this rumor started, I got pointed back to Glenn Beck (who seems to see Soros behind everything the way people used to see commies under the bed): http://mediamatters.org/blog/201006010050 http://www.snopes.com/info/aboutus.asp Someone made the jump from claiming Snopes was wrong on one particular item (regarding Kagan's nomination to the Supreme Court) and has apparently had people quoting THAT incident as 'proof' of Soros funding them. Furthermore, the person claiming SNopes was wrong appears to deliberately mislead people. He said that Snopes denied there was any "tit for tat" going on (Obama nominating Kaga in exchange for her help on the birther issue) and that they were wrong because he found several hits on the Supreme Court's website when plugging in Obama and Kagan's names. Snopes then went into those dockets and they had NOTHING to do with the birther issue. Of course, now that the birther issue has been settled (by Obama finally releasing his birth certificate), you'd think the Snopes/Soros crap would go away but it doesn't. Not only does it remain in internet caches, but the original poster hasn't refuted or corrected his remarks and people are still using that MISINFORMATION to support their claims. |

There are all kinds of discrepancies on B. Hussein Obama's latest "birth certificate" release. Also, he is not a natural born citizen.

Djplong, thank you for the post....by the way notice how the subject has changed from his books.....why? because they have no rebuttal to your post. Wrong but no apology again. Business as usual.

I have quoted just one of my responses to his books. I challenge you to read the book with me, as no one else seems interested. We'll know first hand what he says-how's that for a reference! |
