Default Impeach Eric Holder Yes or No

I see this popping up on the web and I would question the motives.

I say nay to impeachment at this time.

If he is guilty, send his &$$ to jail.

If he is found incompetent, then impeach him.

Can this be investigated and processed prior to Nov 2012? This could bring down the whole administration in one big swoop. Watch for stonewalling and feet dragging at its best for the next year on this issue.

Also take note of the scant if any coverage by network television newscasters/reporters. This is not the first "iffy" scenario for Holder. What will take the time is for the current administration to get it's legal house in order to determine who will shoulder what, when and under what circumstances. If Obama is as smart as he portends, he will distance himself unless he is implicitly involved. If not, push for a quick resolution to get the subject off the screen once and for all. He certainly knows how to request things he is in favor of to be done quickly.

And of course it will be partisan cannon fodder....that's politics!

And they wonder why Fox News is so popular. The lamestream continues to carry Obama's water.

I don't think he has to be impeached. He just has to be fired.

Folks I am not getting myself worked up. Rangel, Pelosi and Waters should be wearing prison stripes and they continue in power positions. Eric Holder will remain in his positionwrapped in his self righteousness

Let's have an investigation first and see who, what, when, where and how and most of all WHY all this happened before we stockade or impeach anyone. But you are right, nothing will happen to Holder same as nothing will happen to Pelosi, Rangel, Waters or any of the other Dems or Repubs who are our current crop of criminals. Hope that the up coming election will be the hope and change that our current President talked about.

With all that's going on in our country and the world, do you really want our Congress to stop whatever else they're doing and embark on the partisan politicking that would accompany an attempt to impeach the Attorney General of the U.S.?

You can't be serious.

On the other hand, with both the Republican House and the Democratic Senate doing absolutely nothing anyway, why not? It might make for some entertaining political theatre.

Holder should have been impeached a long time ago....for refusing to do anything about the voter intimidation the Black Panthers did at the polling place:

Are you saying this with knowledge or ignorance of the "Gunwalker", or also known as "Fast & Furious" gun running scheme of the ATF and Justice Dept.?

I'm actually hoping it's ignorance. "Partisan politicking"; you've got to be kidding.
