Default Tempurpedic question

Does anyone have a Tempurpedic mattress? Does it live up to the hype? Is it worth the $$$?

We have a Tempurpedic and LOVE it ! I have had back/hip pain for many years. Wasted money on other mattresses in the past. Finally bought the Tempurpedic and would NEVER buy another kind of mattress. The Tempurpedic has reduced my pain !! Really worth the money in my opinion. The only drawback as far as I can see is that it can get hot in the summer. (No A/C here in Mass.) Probably not a problem in an air conditioned house.

We have Tempurpedic type mattresses that are adjustable. Bought them in Sumter Landing They are the best things we ever bought. I have never slept so well in all my life. We have 2 twins that make up into a king bed. Because they are adjustable, can get it into the positions most comfortable. Drop by Sumter Landing and try it out. They are on Canal St near the Chocolate Store.

I have had one for 13 years up north. I love it and would never switch. I can settle in and sleep in the same position all night long.
My wife was a nurse on the evening shift and could come home, get in bed at 1AM and never wake me up.
My wife is not as happy as I am. She would switch to another type of mattress but I came with my Tempurpedic.

The store is Relax in Comfort and they have a number of mattress types you can try. Many of our neighbors have bought from them...and they got adjustable models.

My mother in law has a Tempur-pedic adjustable type and loves it.

I have a latex mattress with the ability to change the latex cores which come in super firm to soft. It's a matter of unzippering the mattress topping, taking out one piece of latex foam and putting in another. I'd never switch from this...it's an extremely comfortable bed, not inexpensive but probably comparable to the memory foam. It's a Flo Bed.... FloBeds.com is their web site and you can get lots of info about the company and the bed. Each side of the bed has its own cores so each person can have exactly the type of firmness or softness they like.

Had memory foam thick mattress toppers and found that particular foam to be too hot...and didn't like trying to roll out of a hole.
Everyone likes a different type of mattress and there are 90 day trial periods for many mattresses. Get the particulars...do you have to pay return shipping, etc.

Default Absolutely LOVE my Tempurpedic

So do the dogs and cats! Best night's sleep in the last 5 years. You can try it for quite some time before purchasing. If you even have a little question,
try it out for several weeks. Changed my entire sleep habits. Just great.
Plus, the company stands behind what it sells. My kind of service.

I loved my tempur-pedic bed. My husband hated it. He repositions alot during the night and complained he felt like he was rolling out of a hole. He found it hard to move around. It definitely conforms to your body ,but, I don't move much and found it comfy. We both found it to be hot during the summer. We finally ended up with a sleep number bed. It had the memory foam but could be adjusted firm so he could roll all night long.

Love mine. Have one for 8 years, used to have hip pain from pressure. First night I didn't need to move for 6 hours. Is a bit harder to change positions since you're molded in but absolutely love it!
