What a day!
After 5 yrs of dreaming and planning, we closed on our new home today. I'm a bit numb. Someone on TOTV described buying a new home from the developer was like being on a conveyor belt. Truer words have never been spoken. Just glad that is done and we can now join in on the fun. Thank you all for your wisdom and your support. We are so happy we can now call ourselves frogs!

Congratulations...!
We arrive one month from today! What a process it is selling and buying a home in this day and age. I paid $8,000 for my first home 36 years ago and the whole deal took 10 minutes.
