Default Italians Never Pay Retail!

So I grew up with my Sicilian Uncle's telling me always offer them a deal they can't refuse. They offered an October building discount and I took it. This new "Grover" will have his Cottage finished the end of December.

Now to the point of my thread: I'm broke now and 'will talk for food'. It's an honor to announce I'll be a Villager by December and thank all who have put good information on here for me. In particular, your help with the white kitchen appliances etc. was wonderful, thanks!

You're all going to be great neighbors and I thank the Lord to have this Blessing of you. Have a great weekend, Jim

Jim Straz,

Congratulations on your upcoming move to TV. In Chicago, panhandlers hold up signs explaining their unfortunate plight and stand by the side of the road hoping for donations. Don't know how that would go over in TV, but maybe you could try that. . Seriously, hope your move goes smoothly

So it's all over for you my friend and soon will be for us tomorrow.

I can't believe that in July Tamarind was nothing but a huge Sand lot and now we are among the last few to build!.

Enjoyed meeting you for Dinner tonight at Red Sauce, Ruth now has a red and white Tee! That breeze was murder on the sause!

Safe trip home we are here till Monday. Tomorrow day two with the design team.

Looking Forward! to spending some quality time with you and our new friends at " The Grove" God bless you if you can teach me how to play Golf!

Default Golf

I think that starts with me driving the cart and providing refreshments!

You were right! Two days! in the design center. I gotta admit it was woth the trip down. I learned much. And with great counselors by TOTV before I went in.

For others on line I changed my TOTV name from hforward to "CarGuys" our DBA and radio show in Syracuse NY.

I just felt a need out of respect for my best friend and past business partner. Dave has a rogue nasty prostate cancer that has spread into his bones.

I hope to help all those that ask for car repair help or car questions when I get here full time.

Glen have a good cruise! Neighbor

Herv? Have you always been Carguys? I thought you had your other real name....and maybe that is the reason you changed. Good choice and just goes to show ya that you see the avatar and forget the screen name....or real name.

Hope to see you both later today. Glad you are here but wish is was a little warmer!

The October discount was 3.5% and I would think you may see more to finish what's left North of 466A. Good fortune!
