FYI regarding washer and dryer. When we were trying to set up our Villages home while still in the northeast, we went to Home Depot to see items on sale then called Orlando store to see if they would honor it and they did. Bought it with HD card with 0% interest for 6 months and they delivered/setup once we arrived. Very easy experience and we got a nice postcard from store manager thanking us for our business. Don't know if Lowe's offers same service.
