Default Concealed Hangun Licensing Class in Texas - He may not want to train YOU.

Some of you might have read a little story of a gun shop in Mason Texas that refuses to train muslims in it's firearms and concealed handgun licensing (CHL) classes.

Well, there are a few more people that the owner doesn't want to train, as he makes clear in his radio advertisement.

I don't know about you, but I like this guy; and if he were closer I'd take his class and be proud to shake his hand.

whether it is real or not, the message only reflects the way most Americans feel but far too many will not openly state their position.

The truth can be cruel but not wrong!!

It is his business and he should be able to choose his own clients.

Being a CCW instructor in the State of New Mexico, I have refused to teach some that requested the training. I have also refused to sign off on the training certificate after they completed the class because of safety issues with that person. His business, his class, if you don't like his methods, go someplace else.

BTW, I did not refund those that were unsafe's money after the training class.

You know, part of me supports this guy in that he can select his clients.

The other part of me wants to give him a bit of education - *friendly* education that there are 'other' Americans out there that support gun rights that aren't Christian and believe in the other Ammendments to the Constitution - not JUST the 2nd.

But I certainly don't think I'd prosecute this guy based on what I'd heard.

I mean, refusing services because you voted for Obama? I'm reminded of the arch conservatives who said that the first thing Obama would do in the White House would be to ban guns - and I don't see them eating THEIR words. They just double-down on their fear speeches.

But this guy has the 1st Ammendment as do we all. I give him credit for coming out and saying things that some people might rather hide under the covers.

you might want to check out the facts of the "Fast and Furious" scandle going around right now. Never let a crisis go to waste, even if you have to make the crisis happen. The idea was to make it seem as though the United States, with its lax gun laws where the problem with all the guns going into Mexico. The Obama Administration got caught with their pants down on that one. Another thing that the Government, starting way back, is that any fully automatic weapon found on the Mexico side of the border was sold by our very own, one and only, United States Government. Check the facts on private onwership of a fully automatic weapon by a private citizen. It is legal, but with all the paperwork and checks, not counting just the price tag of getting one, why bother, when there are so many more to choose from, like North Korea, Iran or Russia, that are way cheaper and easier to acquire.

BTW, if you don't believe in the Second Amendment, just kiss the other 9 good bye. The Second Amendment is the only one that keeps the other 9 available to all of us.
