My husband and I, between the two of us, have four knees that need replacing. My husband also needs a hip replaced. We are willing to send the children of the right surgeon through college (LOL), but would prefer to escape from The Villages to either Ocala or Gainesville for the procedures. Does anyone have recommendations for us? Thanks in advance.

Dr. James Duke in Ocala. He only did a scope on my knee but I have a friend who I play golf with, he has had both knees done by Dr. Duke and has been pain free for many years. He also plays in an annual "Bionic Golf Tournament" the Dr. puts on for all his golfing patients. He tell me that they all recommend Dr Duke.

That's impressive. A doctor who puts his skills on the line by setting up golf outings for his patients. Wow, if it comes to that for me, that's the guy I want to do it!

I had a complete left knee replacement in 2007 by a Dr Radnothy
