Default Coulter's Column Today

Well, well, well...I actually read her column today because the title intrigued me. As I was reading it, I was going....OMG...I agree with this woman about something??? I thought my head would explode. Why hasn't anyone mentioned this column today?

After my initial shock, I paid more attention to what she was saying. MY MY MY..your political goddess was saying what a loser Newtie was...and she said it in great detail. Where had I heard this before? Why, I think it was in my posts of the last day or two. Was she agreeing with me, or was I agreeing with her. Either one kind of creeps me out, but my question is, now that the goddess has written this in her column, do you believe it now?

My question to you would be, "Don't you feel foolish for pigeon holing this woman for all this time"? She's now brilliant because she agrees with you? You couldn't resist demeaning her in the process of your revelation, I see though.

Maybe if you read her work more, you might find more common ground than you'd believe.

She's entitled to her opinion, is all I'll say about her column.

Only thing I can say is that she really hit the nail on the head. Or as the commercial on TV goes, She nailed it or should I say him, ya know Newtie boy.

I have read the beginnings of some of her articles but could never finish them because some of the things she says are so crazy. Even she has to right once in awhile. I think I will send her an email telling her she is going to confuse her audience if she writes another column like this Newtie one.

I wonder how many of the posters who were screaming in the last few days what a good and swell guy Newtie was will answer my question....

She said on TV theother night that a winning ticket would be Romney/Rubio.

I find this interesting because there are not many people to the right of her.

still sounds to me like the characterization of "being right" is based on hearing something you agree with.

That leaves out a whole lot of things she may be right about but you may not happen to agree....hence that does not make her wrong.

I did not get to read her column in the paper today but if she put Newt in his place (the garbage heap), she did good for once.

Most of the time Coulter is just full of venom and thinks she is a real wit. Well, half-wit is more accurate when speaking of Ann Coulter.

If the Republicans are stupid (yes, stupid) enough to run Newt for President, they will lose for sure. That is just as crazy as talking of having Ron Paul as a viable candidate. Either of them would be made into mincemeat by the Democrats and President Obama wins again!!

Fox News actually said "Newt has more baggage than Paris Hilton."

Kind of charming to see LadyDoc and Figmo replying to each other's posts.

Almost like an electronic Ozzie and Harriet.

Just kidding, guys.

Smile Coulter's Column Today

If democrats just cross over and vote in the republican primary, I believe Newt could be the nominee. Fasten your seat belt. What an election this is going to be.

Default Does It Take Ann Coulter To Point This Stuff Out?

How in the world could Newtie navigate himself to front-runner status? He's trying to sell books and elevate his public personna. But he hasn't made much of an effort to build a political organization capable of winning.

I might add to Ann Coulter's list of stuff that are objectionable about Newtie that he was the Speaker who pushed thru the repeal of the Glass Steagall Act, beginning the deregulation of banking that lead to what we're experiencing now.

Newtie is a non-starter.

She has always liked Romney, since the beginning of his run in 2007. He and Rubio would be strong ticket of statesmen.

If we had more of this kind of exchange in Congress (see Rubio and Kerry), maybe things wouldn't be such a bunch of playground bullying for turf:

I could go for that ticket. Does Romney have a few warts? Sure. But I think he would make his attempts to resolve issues being willing to compromise.

Now the big question is...will we be able to change enough members of the House and Senate for replacements who will realize their responsibilities and compromise for the good of the country?
