Default Reporting a Street Light Out

According to Sam Wartinbee, Director District Property Management, Community Watch if requested will record the light pole number and later report the street light outage to the power company.

You may also report a dark street light by calling 753-4022 or 751-6713. You will need the pole number and nearest house address. Not sure if the power company or Village Watch but someone then puts an orange ribbon on that light pole to indicate that the problem street light has been reported.

We've had a street light out for two months with an orange ribbon. However, Property Management had no idea how long it takes for the power company to respond but they agreed to follow up with them.
