because they all hang together, half of them don't work, and the ones that do aren't that bright.

The problem is that we have to leave these dim lights up ALL YEAR LONG!

The current group of dimwits er, I mean dimlights, can be changed to fresh lamps in November.

It's the old "every congressman/woman is a dim bulb, except mine" syndrome.

Some of the new lights can change color at will or they just quit working
