Smile Closing on Our CYV in the Haciendas of Mission Hills on 17 January!

We're so excited! Will arrive on 15 January and plan to buy some furniture so we can stay in our new home till we leave on the 21st. Have lots of other things to do that week...have blinds installed; arrange for lawn maintenance and home watch; find a locksmith; probably many more things we haven't thought of. It'll be a busy, but FUN week!

Default congrats on purchase

We have already closed there as well but have not moved there yet. It is an awesome neighborhood and check out the new baord walk, we can see the park from our villa on one side and the water from the other. Cannot wait to get there! You and us will love it! Jane

Default Hacienda

Closed Dec 20th, Acevilla. Just hired Fairburn Nurseries, Jay today $60 month to mow, edge, weed and blow off concrete. The nursery is quite close to us and is open Saturday and Sunday - I think 10-3. I will be there 13th-16th but staying with a friend. Furniture won't come until Feb. Look forward to meeting you guys.

Congrats to all. A happy kind of stress to have much to do when settling in.

Best Wishes as you start living the dream.

Hi Brenda D, I'm Brenda B. Congrats on the closing and thanks for the info. We're on Cabrera across from the pool! Looking forward to meeting you, too.

Thank you Jane. Where's the boardwalk, by the lake I guess?

Default boardwalk

The baordwalk is in the park, I can see it from my dining room which faces the park but I only have some pictures so I cannot exactly tell you where it is in the park or how long it is. But it looks great!

Thanks, Jane, we'll look for it.

WELCOME - we closed mid Dec and will be moving in Mar - be making 1-2 trips a month in Jan and Feb. Really getting excited about Mission Hills - seems to be many active, interesting and friendly people in our neighborhood - can't wait until one of our get-to-gethers for some sips and laughs. Happy New Year to all.

Congrats to all the new Mission Hills residents. The last time I was in TV 3 months ago, Mission Hills was close to being finished. Hope everyone has good experiences moving in and getting settled.
