Smile East coast flooring

We just had East Coast Flooring install wood floors in our home. The installers were Darrell, Levi and Joe. They were wonderful! They did a great job and they were a pleasure to have in our home. We highly recommend East Coast and these installers.

They did ours last week, extremely pleased. They do NOT use sub contractors and take pride in their work.

Default wood floors

I have just purchased an existing home and will be closing next month and I am looking for pre-engineered flooring contractor. I do not want laminate wood flooring

Can you furnish their phone number (East Coast if they do wood floors)?

I'd be interested in why so adamant about NOT laminate?

Default laminte vs wood flooring

I am a residential real estate appraiser and inspect many homes where the flooring is over concrete. While the laminate floors are nice, the wood floors are superior. They are thicker and do not buckle if installed properly. I can spot the laminate vs the wood real fast as the appearance (wood) is much better. I lived in a house that laminte flooring was installed and problems did exist after a couple of years. I'm sorry, but some of the installations look cheap! The durabilty is not quite as good.
