Default How do others feel about this?

In recent weeks I have learned so much about the frontrunners in the primary coming up shortly that no matter who wins, I would be so apprehensive to vote for whoever secures the nomination and is on the ticket in November.

Am I expected to forget everything I've found out about all the candidates once one is selected? I don't think I can do that. How do others feel about this?

Keep in mind that all politicians are crooks, so we go with the best of the bad. Romney is only greedy and I feel he does not cheat, just takes advantage of government stupidity. Vote for Romney and you will be doing the right thing.

I did not learn anything about Mitt that would stop me from voting for him. I would have to swallow real hard to vote for Newt.

You're not expected to forget all you've learned about the candidates, but that has to include the President also.

With everything considered you have to decide if 4 more years of a lame duck ultra left wing radical President is what you want, or do you want to change the person in that office and hope for better than we're getting now.

George Soros says that there is little difference between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama. Rush Limbaugh states that Soros supports Romney and so does every hedge fund manager in the country. soros is a hedge fund manager and is now hedging his bets

Santorum was on to Romney in the last debate. Despite the remarks Romney is making the Obama plan is a copy of Romney's down to the tiers of coverage called gold silver bronze and young Adult. Romney claims he believes in state level solutions but when analyzing his remarks it becomes apparent that there is little daylight between Romney's solution to that of Obama. ROMNEY WON'T REPEAL AND REPLACE OBAMACARE. Romney won't be better than any other GOP candidate in turning the economy around because the government doesn't run like a business and that is going to frustrate him. And Romney will do no better than any of the GOP candiates concerning our defense/foreign policy while Gingrich with his background is heads above Romney in this area. Romney is the 1%, whether you subscribe to that philosophy or not, and so those swing voters will view him in the negative and stick with Obama.

Gingrich can beat Obama. I know I know the baggage but thisis the best of a bad lot . Romney has failed to satisify me that heis who he represents himself to be.

This, of course, ignores all of the polls which say ONLY Romney has a chance of beating Obama. If Newt has trouble with the Romney attack ads (as shown by his debate performance in Florida) wait until the Dems go after him.
Mitt states that on Inaugeration Day he will grant a 50 state waiver from Obamacare. Why wouldn't he follow through on that? Oh wait, he is part of the "Establishment" (being anyone who doesn't support Newt).
Anyone who supports Obama, I can understand. He is a classic Socialist beleiving that "equality of result" is more important than "equality of opportunity". The US is heading in the direction of the EU. How is that working out for Europe?

Most of the 90 items you just have to laugh at (#1 for example). The rest you just cry over (like #88).

Why would he? It would be political death. He signs a 50 state wavier. It costs him nothing and it builds political capital.

Also the GOP "Establishment" (anyone who doesn't support Newt) is getting some new members such as Pat Buchanan, George Will, as well as Ann Coulter. Oh, and Joe Scarbough is also weighing in. All are questioning Newt's fitness. Buchanan is the most damning claiming Newt does not have core values.

Well, not all of them; some are kind of sad. Give the President credit, because he believes what he says. This is in contrast to Newt, who has no core values. He will say anything to gain power (ie moon base).
Anyway, yes, I have made up my mind at what direction I want the US to go in, and it is not Europe lite. How is that working out for them? I believe in equality of opportunity and not equality of result. I believe the President, trained under Saul Alinsky, has a socialist agenda. My preference is unfettered free market capitalism.
Having said that; Romney in 2012!
