That is the statue at the Vietnam Wall in Washington, DC.

It is in Washington DC. It is near The Wall that honors those that served in the Vietnam War. I went several years ago with my husband who is a Vietnam Vet, very humbling experience. My brother also served in the Vietnam War. God Bless our vets!
