I made a cheesecake for your birthday, Chuck....well, here's most of it....I had it ready for your birthday but was slow getting it here and well, you know, sometimes one gets hungry and ahhh, umm, cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts and......

Thanks to all (except my brother who called me on my birthday and didn't say boo about it)(jez kidding!).

Had a great birthday dinners at Cane Garden last week (what a tragedy about the car accident deaths of their cooks), Havana and Sweet Tomatoes this week.
