Break the bank

Ok heres the deal you get yourself so deep in debt that you know you will never see the light of day. Well China owes Americans billions of dollars but they say they will never repay it. So could it be if you break the bank sort of speak will we never pay off our debt to China or any other country. Kind of like bankrupt. Hey I know it sounds crazy but could it be the thoughts of our administration. I don't put nothing past any of them. Just a thought
