I am looking for a local plastic surgeon who is able to show you a computer generated image of what you will look like after surgery. In my case for the nose. If anyone knows of anyone who does this, let me know. You can PM me too if you like.

I don't have an answer for you as I don't live in The Villages. But I would like to suggest something.

Rather then focusing on a computer generated picture of what you "might" look like after the work is done. Because there are so many variables. Rather then asking other people who had surgery done (may have gone well and may not have).

I would like to suggest you ask the people who work with them on a day to day basis. The Doctors and nurses. You might be surprised who they go to and recommend.

My doctor will not let his wife go to a bad surgeon and my girlfriend the surgery nurse would not go to someone who didn't do good work. The answer I got from them was a different answer then the one I got from my friends.

These are the professionals. They know what they are talking about.

The Doctor I went to would not work on two of my friends for two separate reasons!

That being said, find someone who is good with photoshop to show you what you "might" look like after the work.

A good surgeon will not do anything that will make you look bad. But a good surgeon my not have the latest and greatest in "photoshop".

I'm sorry if this comes off poorly in writing. I've just seen so many botched jobs. And in fact have a friend who just got out of her second surgery because the first one went wrong.

Thank you for your input! Even if I find an excellent surgeon, I am not sure if I want to jump right into having a nose job. That's why I thought it would be a good idea to have some idea how the end result would look like. I would only want to take a chance on surgery if I thought it would make a great improvement. Otherwise, I'll keep my beak.
