Our one year warranty was up in early February so when I called two of their contractors to do minor repairs, I wasn't sure what will happen. I am happy to inform that in both cases, they came within a few days of my call though I did have to remind them again. Also, in both cases, they didn't charge me a penny. Even after one month past warranty date, they did't charge anything. This would not have happened anywhere else. Kudos to Summers Cabinet 352 728 5012 and to Pike's Electric 352 748 6251.
