Does anyone know of a hair stylist that will highlight hair using the cap instead of foils??? I have very short hair and the best way to highlight is with a cap... Go to one place but its very $$$$$$$$

I don't know of a stylist but... why not have a friend or neighbor do it for you? I do a friend of mine who also has short hair. It is not a very long process and alot cheaper. Just a thought.
