The JOBS act which was overwhelmingly approved by the House and is endorsed by the President has been stopped in the Senate as the Democratic party wants to ammend this bill that will hopefully open the JOBS market add approval for increasing the lending limit of the EXPORT IMPORT BANK a self-financing agency that helps to facilitate the sale of American goods overseas. They have until MAY to get congressional re authorization but the JOBS bill is being held up.

Should congress be holding up a JOBS bill for this reason at this time ?

Not being a wise guy, but just making sure I understand. Hold up the possible creations of jobs because of giving more credit limit which has until May to accomplish ? Seems to me perhaps, although this is not abnormal, instead of attaching something non related (not directly anyway) on which you can talk about "tomorrow", gettting the JOBS bill signed and working would be my first choice !
