Has anyone been to one of these before? Do the lines get very long? We need to go but will have guests that day. I'd venture to guess that Amnesty Day wouldn't be a favored activity.

I went a few years ago. They had several stations going and I only had to wait a few minutes. Was in and out within 10 minutes. I went about noon.

Off topic, but why do they call it "amnesty" day? It makes it sound like keeping paint cans in your garage is an illegal activity for which they are giving you amnesty. Why not something more descriptive and accurate like hazerdous waste disposal day?
