Default Terrorist Notches on Obama's Belt

The list of senior terrorists killed during Obama's watch so far.

The Terrorist Notches on Obama’s Belt - ABC News

A far cry from the incompetents on whose watch our nation was attacked and thousands murdered. No wonder the R's never mention the War on Terror any more.

Just another issue on which Obama wins.

War on terror....you mean tolerance of wars on terror. Wars are meant to be won. We are not allowed to do so.

I also happen to believe that the so called notches being earned is true because they happened on Obama's watch. I also happen to believe the accomplishment is the end result of a process that started long before Obama took the throne.

The credit goes to those in harms way that have been pursuing these guys for months and then a change in command and of course the incumbent gets the credit.

Most REAL leaders know how the system works.

No need for the continual retro bashing of prior POTUS to try to make your guy look better.....IT DOES NOT WORK!!!

Not sure I agree with this one though. The military, CIA and other agencies take more of the credit than Obama for nailing various terrorists. They hit the home run, so to speak, under a different club owner. Would not even call President Obama the coach in this metaphor. He is far removed from the actual action as the baseball team owner is from the batter's swing.

You do have it right about the bumbling after 9/11 though on the part of the Bush administration.

WOW...I will have to agree with both you and the thread starter.

While ridiculing the past administration and their various programs, Obama has not only embraced them but enhanced them quite a bit.

I surely have given this president where it is due, and certainly honor the fact that many things have happened on his watch, but as TALTARZAC has said, it is more of a testament to those agencies that pulled it off using programs begun by both administrations.

Obama was smart, despite what he said while running...he took what was begun and did not, as he said he would do, dismantle it. All those progams that folks screamed about during the past administration still exist AND MORE, and I salute him for embracing those programs and improving them.

Nothing that Obama has done can exonerate him from what he has done.

Bad president!
