Our home in TV is our first new house. Not the biggest, but my favorite as it does NOT have three levels and stairs.

Your favorite house? well, the houses we brought our kids up in are the favorites cause we didn't move to TV yet. (#1 smallest and #2 biggest)

Your first new house? yes it will be, #4 overall in 37 years
So the house we live in now is #3 - smaller than #2 only because we do not have a finished basement ...

Our TV home will be our first one level house! We're both very happy about that.

We plan on downsizing to a CYV. It will not be my smallest, my first house back in the 70s had no garage and smaller square feet. Anybody want to buy a mountain view home in rural Virginia?
