Default Car Transport to Florida

I am ready for my move to TV and at the last minute I have had a change of plans. I will be transporting my car instead of driving down. Does anyone have any recommendations for Car Transport Companies?

Why not look into the Amtrak auto train. Leaves at 4:00 PM every day from Lawton, Virginia and arrives at Sanford, Florida at 8:00AM the following morning. You get dinner and breakfast for the price of the fare.

I've had great experiences using:

uShip - The Online Shipping Marketplace - Ship Freight, Furniture, Cars or Moves

They ship cars and furniture etc. I've used them twice, once from VA to TV, once from VA to MN, both times my furniture arrived in perfect condition and they kept to their promised schedule, and I paid them at delivery.

They were polite and professional. You just have to create an ID for yourself, then create a shipment, then different shippers start bidding. You select whichever appeals to you. Be sure to check the shippers' feedback! Very important.

They were recommended to me by a friend, and it really helped me a lot to learn about them.

Hope this helps.

You must be from Oklahoma if you are leaving from Lawton .....The Auto rain leaves from Lorton Va about 20 miles south of Washington DC!!

We finally stuck the car on the moving van. It was expensive but we knew it would be enclosed. When I put an online request for a quote, it was nonstop for weeks with them calling...never do that again.
