ERA! Extremely Happy!! Very easy process... You do know that you can only purchase a pre-owned home using a VA loan, I assume?

Yep thats what we are looking for. Built three home north, one in TV and now know what we want and where so preowned it is. Does anyone have the contact person and or number please pm
