Default Let the Supreme Court spin begin!

I keep three browsers open on my computer. MSN, FOX and Yahoo.

Arizona Immigration law spin,
Fox, Key part of law upheld
MSN, Key parts stuck down
Yahoo, Womens biggest bikini buying mistakes. UPDATE: Supreme Court Uphold key part.

( don't down play the Bikini problem though)

So do you think there will be spin on the Health care law when it comes????

What always gets me is the referring to any of these decisions as WINS or LOSSES, as if it were a sporting event rather than the law of the land.

BUT, count on the use of WINS and/or LOSSES

They are wins and losses for political ideologys.....most often they are simply losses for the American people.

The AZ decision looks like a good one when viewed from the perspective of other Supreme Court decisions on the power of the Federal Government over that of the States with respect to immigration. You would have anarchy in this area if each state were allowed to devise its own policies on immigration.

Haven't heard a word yet from Mitt Romney, who called this law a "model for the nation" even though it was declared unconstitutional. In other words, if he had been president, he wouldn't have challenged the law in court as the Obama Administration did, and AZ would end up enforcing an unconstitutional law. Even Senator Marco Rubio said on Meet The Press yesterday, that this law would not be appropriate for Florida.

Just saw this statement from Romney where he offered no specific position. Romney's weak tea statement of Arizona court ruling is an almost-perfect combination of cowardice and dishonesty.

On Feb 22 Mitt Romney said "The right course for America is to drop these lawsuits against Arizona". The guy who won't comment on the DREAM ACT says America needs someone to "lead" on immigration reform. Romney has no on camera interviews today, his campaign reports.
