Your comment made me remember a posting I saw a long time ago - think it was Ann landers or Abby - or one of those. Maybe Liz Smith.

Anyway, she on a bus going down 5th Avenue and 2 teenage girls get on the bus, just having come out of Sam Goody's. Their both very excitied and one says to the other in amazement - can you believe Paul McCartney used to be with another band before Wings????
