Arrow Allamanda or Bougainvillea owners

We are wrestling with the decision to build one these two.

As of now we're leaning to the Allamanda.

But I'm trying to find out a silly spec on either one.

I need to install solar tall equipment in the garage and need to know the ceiling height of these homes.
I assume it's 8' or 10' but it may play into our decision.

If any pop a tape measure up it would be appreciated.

I asked my rep but he's not having luck from the design dept.

The garage is 8ft.4 in. The living room is 10 ft. at its highest but slops at the front and back down to 8 ft. All other rooms are 8 ft.

Is this what you needed?

jimbo, it won't be 10' ceiling height in the garage. I believe you'll only find that in the Premier homes.

Yes, both homes . The only difference is one is siding and one is poured cement.

thanks again, would you believe it's 2" short!

Not a big deal, close enough I can cut a recess in the drywall ceiling between truss's
