Default New premier unit opens

#226 see lots or this link

Pinellas Evans prairie osprey course, there R many view lots

Just moused over the prices, there is one for an additional $259,000

Nope less than an hour sold along with 3 others, I guess some sales reps had a few buyers lined up in advance

Newbie here... How long will it take to sell out this new premier neighborhood in Pinellas? The Fernandina premier site has only one lot left!

That's great for the economy. Every new home sold creates three jobs.

A $60,000 bond should come with a cute lifeguard at the pool. don't you think?
