Anyone aware of any restaurant in or near Villages which serves free-range chicken or other organic food products?

My father always said: "Nothing is free!" But free range? Maybe...

Yup, try Le Bistro de Vie in Eustis. It's inside the Om Bookstore. They are a health conscious, organic cafe near US 19 and US 441, about 23 miles from here.
