Jobs for Boomers and Seniors and the Over-50 Workforce

Anyone have any experience with Senior Job Bank? Any stories about what to do, or what not to do when using this resource. Do you tell them your age or keep them guessing?

How far do you search from the city you live in? I suppose that depends on a lot of factors.
