Anyone looking for a good landscaper that does quality landscaping or pavers should look into Coverall Landscaping and Pavers. We had them do our landscaping and pool area with pavers and it looks beautiful. Bart and his crew are first class. Started our job on time and finished when they said they would with NO hidden costs. What we were quoted, is what we paid. I did get in touch with Bart, it appears to have been a miscommunication, and he is working hard to make this right. The job should be done by the beginning of next week. I will post a another update when the job is finished. There are many good contractor in The Villages but a few bad apples make it hard for the good ones. During my 2 years in The Villages I have work with some great people but I have had also had few nightmares which have left made a little gun shy. I appoliged to Bart for judging him too quickly.

I called Coverall and got a quote (Bart came right out) on a small (72sf) paver job small area in my pool. He was quick to quote and we scheduled the job for Fri Morning July 12 7:30. Not only did he not show but did even call to tell me why. When I called him I got no answered (Darn caller ID). I know the job was small all he needed to do was call and reschedule. Now I will use someone else for the Pool job and driveway.

That is unfortunate that happened. Bart has always been professional. Did you try and call again to see if something might have happened? It doesn't excuse the lack of communication from him however things do happen that sometimes scrambles the mind. If you want quality work and it seems like they gave you a fair price or you wouldn't have hired them, maybe you should try calling agan and see what went wrong. JUST MY 2 CENTS
