Does anyone know why RVs are being parked at Laurel Manor? We've rode by several times and they haven't moved. Just wondering......

They are repaving the Village Storage lot. Was there Monday a.m. for water aerobics---had a hard time finding a parking spot as there was a meeting going on in the rec center as well. We were told that the repaving job should be done by August 18---
