Default Politics - I don't get it

The ole boy was playing golf the other day, and two of his "Christian" friends were making racial slurs about Obama and at the same time practicing their profanity....Why is it necessary to be so partisan, aren't we all Americans FIRST!....I just don't get it!...Do they REALLY believe that Obama is trying to destroy America, I mean really?..........May the best man win and God Bless America! Please leave your racism at HOME!

Obama is in fact trying to destroy the America envisioned by it's founders.

He thinks the founders vision unfair.

He sees inequality as all he can see is unequal outcome, as opposed to the founders vision of equal opportunity.

I won't comment on your "friends". I never hear racist language about the President among mine. I hear some well chosen pejoratives, but not in a racist vein.

I was going to comment on this post RICHIE, but first of all, I do not believe it but whether true or not, why would anyone bring this up ?

I can tell you that the kind of language being described is certainly not mainstream and usually when you hear ANYTHING about race it come from Obama supporters and not his detractors.

A few posts yesterday on his decision on granting special rules for blacks on discipline and his remarks the black press who talked to him and he mentioned about jobs for blacks in cities and states but they were policy issues that the President brought to the fore.

Default Richie Lion

We all know that you speak from one side of the aisle BUT I can not find ANYWHERE a quote that Obama says "the founders vision is unfair"....I must ask again, Do you really think that his ultimate goal is to destroy America!...And if you or others don't believe that racism exists when it comes to our President, you are not living in the same world I am!

I think there is a lot of Reverse Racism where Obama is concerned. People are afraid to say anything that is critical of Obama's policies, because they will immediately be deemed "racist".

Default I appreciate your view

BUT trust me these "Christians" were VERY racist!....I will not quote but comments were very very disgusting to say the least...I guess my point with this post is to TRY to keep political comments to just that and NOT make them so personal!!!!!!!....and in previous posts they implied that Obama's goal is to destroy America, who in their right mind would believe THAT!....I truly believe that this President has a congress that is "doing everything in their power to make him a one term president" ...How did this political climate get so volatile...I understand that every one has an opinion but in some posts I can see the HATE, Why? Whichever candidate wins the election, he will be the one chosen by the majority. whether it be Obama or Romney. whether it be your candidate or not, the new issue should be, as good Americans we should all rally behind the victor, do whatever we can to make this GREAT country better for all of us, not just the wealthy, not just the middle class, not just the poor.

I share your disgust with the political arena and your disgust with racism.

I just need to point out a few things to you that are FACTS and not opinions.

Here is one reason that some of us get very upset ...you said ".I truly believe that this President has a congress that is "doing everything in their power to make him a one term president"

This quote of yours is just not factual....the JOBS bill that he is telling everyone that comes under that kind of statement was defeated by a DEMOCRATIC senate, but he, and now you, maintain the opposite. There are over 30 bills passed by the despicable Republican congress, many that are job creators, that Obama and Reid will NOT ALLOW DISCUSSION ON in the senate because they came from the other side....all of this and more and yet you imply just the opposite. If you need validation for what I say let me know...there is a lot of it.

In addition, as regards to race, I have yet in the public eye seen anyone, other than the Harry Reid comments early on, mention the Presidents race at all. It is brought up almost entirely by his own party or him himself. I am sure that privately jokes are made but do you recall the "dumb George Bush" jokes MADE ON THE CONGRESSIONAL FLOOR by Nancy Pelosi.

There are many many more examples but your post is laced with bias, whether you intended or not. The main problem is that we are in a era of the internet...so many people and if you read posts on here you can pretty much id them, receive tweets and feeds from selected sites that will satisfy their need to win or be in the right. They read nothing else but that...never verify anything and simply accept what the selected sources say and most times it is just garbage...either out and out lies or out of context stuff.

If your intent was to have people say..too bad...sorry from this corner...I agree with your disgust of the system and how the media and other sources skew everything but you come here with an obvious bias, which is fine....but as a poster said recently...he just did not like phoneys and your posts is of that mold, I am sorry. If I am wrong, I apologize but your post is laced with untruths so not sure what else to think.

PS...This is not an eyes closed defense of the other party in congress, but it needs to be clarified that our current President has and continues to play the race, class warfare game constantly and although he has said he will and can bring people together, I submit to you and again can show facts, he does not nor has he ever tried.

Default the sad part

They maintain that they are Christian, which we all know, doesn't mean they are perfect, far from it, BUT they could at least FAKE it a little better..We are all mere mortals, color of skin SHOULD NOT be part of this!

Honestly I never have and the first one I heard was Reid's "light skinned negro" remark.....race is and has never been an issue with me, YET I have received PM's back in 2008 calling me a nasty racist and to this day that term is thrown around with some callousness although I do not recall EVER ONCE seeing a racist slur on here ....that is not to say it does not exist but all you are doing is making the same yell and claim but trying to do it in a phoney way
