For your sniffling pleasure, there is something growing/pollinating year round in sunny florida.

I don't know but my daughter is in Boston and is incapacitated with indoor pollens that they say are at an all time high. Must be pollen season everywhere.

Seems that the bottlebrush that grows around here at breakneck speed, causes some allergic distress. The bushes bloom twice a year and in the spring, seem to have their heaviest pollen profusion. Generally, I'm not bothered by pollen, but my backyard and the two that touch mine, are all planted with many bottlebrush and even I am bothered. Helped solve the problem indoors with a good hepa filtration device working in our bedroom each night...it helps, sleep isn't too disturbed with sneezing. Sometimes it takes a while for your body to become sensitized to different pollens,,,,but maybe the ones here won't bother you....fingers crossed!

Had to take our dog off all grain products, and change to a food containing a protein he hadn't ever eaten before. (venison in his particular case) We were also giving him allergy shots weekly, based on the allergens he was tested for and found to be allergic to. The only shampoo we were permitted to use on him was human baby shampoo.
