We completed our design meeting and have a closing date of 11/12 - we are really excited and will be so busy getting ready for the move. I thought if anyone knew exactly what they wanted from the start it would be me, but I was wrong. We changed from a lot in Fernandina 205 to 206 and from a Lily to an Iris with a garage stretch. We met our neighbors to the back of us and know we're moving to the "Friendliest Home Town"! So many selections I just knew I wanted going into the process changed once I was there. I wish I could say our experience was as stress free as some have described, but that wasn't the case for us. But with help from our sales rep and designer, we left TV even more excited than before. We were able to get more upgrades than expected and stayed within our budget! I'll be starting with a new list of questions now and will appreciate your help as we go through the next phase of our move and life in retirement.

Yikes! I am leaving in just a few days for my design team meeting and am coming complete with an excel spreadsheet of must haves, wants, and maybes! I think I may be in for some surprises... I already changed my lot once, and feel I do have the one I really want, though I have yet to see it!!! I just hope it will accommodate the stretches I plan to do. I did check with my agent who double checked with the builder and it seems it will all work out in the end! So here goes and I guess I will expect the unexpected!
I am so thrilled for you that you have now gotten just what you wanted and what will make you happiest in TV! And glad you found such wonderful neighbors! Makes it all worth while in the end result to know you have a good fit for you! Many congratulations to you!

i am so happy for you, we have built four houses from the ground up as our own contractors, when we get our next house in TV i want to walk in and put my stuff away, the thrill of building for me is over

We're scheduled for design on lot 142 in unit 206. What lot did you move to?
