Restaurant in a cave in Nogales, Mexico.

It sounds like this place has been there since 1972. I thought of it when viewing another thread about a Mexican restaurant in Leesburg which is supposedly way off the beaten path.

Cannot remember anything about the food of this place but do remember walking into a cliff face.
